1. After the reducer is selected, add lubricating grease to the pinion motor, and install it on the ground. Use the height ruler to accurately measure and adjust the center height width ratio of each test instrument and reducer. After they are in the same center height width ratio, they are fixed with anchor screw and sealing gasket, and small load is added for running in test run. After running for a period of time, domestic gear reducer manufacturers pour lubricating grease into the oil, check whether there is metal powder in the oil, and remove it again,

2. Add lubricating grease and run again until no metal powder is found.

3. Add the grease tightness again and start to lift the load for test. Cylindrical gear reducer manufacturers began to use, advanced test run is essential. Many customers generally ignore this preliminary work, which eventually leads to poor operation of the reducer or damage of the reducer, so as to improve the cost allocation.
