R series reducer is a new product of gear reducer newly developed by our company. Due to the characteristics of reliable transmission performance, reasonable structure, high efficiency and low noise, R series reducer can be used not only as module assembly of CVT, but also as a separate transmission element. It is widely used in mechanical transmission devices in chemical industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, engineering industry, plastic industry, printing industry and electronic industry. Its main performance features are as follows:

Small offset output, compact structure, to large limit use of box space, secondary, three levels in the same box;

The integral casting box is adopted, which has good structural rigidity, and it is easy to improve the strength of shaft and bearing life;

Installation mode: base type installation, flange with size flange is easy to choose;

The average efficiency of solid shaft output is 96% in secondary, 94% in three stages and 85% in cr/cr;

Deceleration ratio: basic type 2-stage 5-24.8, 3-stage 27.2-192, combination up to 23401;

The basic type of secondary input and output rotation direction is the same, the third stage is opposite, and the combination is subject to further consultation.
