The machine consists of planetary mechanism, speed control mechanism, pressure device and motor. The planetary mechanism is composed of a sun gear, a pressure plate, a fixed plane cam, a speed regulating cam, a fixed ring, a planetary gear and a rotating arm (planet carrier). The power source drives the sun gear by the motor input. Because the fixed ring and the speed regulating cam do not move, the planetary gear rotates while rotating, and drives the rotating arm and output shaft to run through the slider bearing. The pressurizing device is composed of a set of disc springs, which exert axial pressure on the pressure plate, planetary gear and sun gear to produce friction when they rotate, and transmit power through the traction force generated by special traction oil. The working process of the speed control mechanism is that when the hand wheel is turned, the speed regulating cam is driven by the speed regulating screw rod, adjusting nut and adjusting handle to change its angular position, and the speed regulating cam moves axially by fixing the plane cam curve surface, so as to change the gap between the speed regulating cam and the fixed ring, so that the planetary gear can move radially, so as to change the transmission radius, and finally achieve stable operation Continuously variable transmission.
